mweb initial release (0.1)

Mweb is a small personal webserver with basic mime capabilities and CGI handling. It was an assignment in my OS class in fall 2000, I decided I’d make it multithreading for fun. It’s tiny, basic, trivial even, but it’s fun 🙂 Good for learning CGI programming, since it runs as a mortal user and has little hoop-jumping to make a cgi… merely have an executable in your $HOME/public_html/ directory and it picks it up.
