TimeStamp 1.0 released

Timestamp is a text filtering pipe that marks each line with a timestamp. The time is set when the first character of the line is received, and the util is capable of coping with CR repeats fairly well (won’t over-write or update the timestamp). I mostly wrote this so I could see when each stage of the FreeBSD buildworld starts, but it seems reasonably useful. It’s been tested and confirmed on FreeBSD (-stable and -current), Linux (debian unstable, rh7.3), Solaris (9, aka SunOS 5.9), and Irix. As always, send bug reports and/or feature requests to either <erik@smluc.org> or <erik@math.smsu.edu>
